New values added under “Residential - Terrace/Link House” in the listing creation flow:

New values added under “Commercial” in the listing creation flow:

Renamed fields under “Location” in the listing creation flow:

  • District --> City

  • Area --> Township

Renamed fields under Home Page and Search Result Page:

  • District --> City

  • Area --> Township

Changes on values under “Location” in the listing creation flow :

  • Removed “Bumi Lot”

  • Added “Private Lease Scheme”

New field added:

  • Title Type (mandatory field)

  • Bumi Lot

The characters in the description box reduce from 2,000 to 600.

Why have listing descriptions been reduced to 600 characters?

  • The description character length has been reduced to make your listing descriptions more accurate and concise that increasing listing searchability on Google. Save your time, you just need to focus on the accuracy of your listing description, while our platform does the rest.

  • Google Search Engine will also penalize websites with similar content/information. Hence by reducing the length of the description, the chances of penalization for similar content postings across both platforms will be reduced. We have found that 600 characters are the ideal state that balances Google's Search Engine criteria and sufficiently allows for succinct and accurate listing details.

Are the characters under the description box limited to 600 characters for my existing listing or when I copy a listing?

  • Yes, the characters under the description box will limit to 600 characters if you edit an existing listing or copy a listing.
