What are Prime Credits?
Prime Credits is a form of Credit that enables you to Book, Reserve and Extend Featured Agent slots.
How do I purchase Prime Credits?
You will be able to purchase Prime Credits from your Account Managers or through AgentNet at your convenience. You can do so by clicking the "Top Up Now" button on the Prime Credit tile.
How much do Prime Credits cost?
Price Per Credit

The price above is subject to 6% SST. Prime Credits will be sold in multiples of 1 and have a 12-month validity period starting from the date of issuance.
How long are Prime Credits valid for?
It will be valid for 12 months from the date of issuance. Unused Prime Credits will either expire when (1) the Prime Credits validity period is due or (2) PropertyGuru
agent account is not renewed upon account expiry, depending on which happens earlier.
Where can I check my Prime Credits balance?
You will be able to check your Prime Credits balance on AgentNet.
From your AgentNet Home Dashboard, click on the new Featured Agent tab on the top navigation bar.
You will now see your Featured Agent Dashboard. Your Prime Credits balance is on the top right-hand corner of the page.
Where can I check the expiry date of Prime Credits?
This information will be available on AgentNet.
Can I convert my Ad Credits to Prime Credits?
No, you will not be able to convert Ad Credits to Prime Credits.
What is the difference between what I can do with Prime Credits and Ad Credits?
Can the number of Prime Credits to Book / Reserve / Extend a Featured Agent slot change if I edit a listing?
Are Prime Credits included in my Agent Package?
Prime Credits are not included in your Agent Package during the launch on 7 September 2022. Prime Credits are a discretionary product, and you will be able to purchase them on an a-la-carte basis from your Account Manager.
Is there a cap on the maximum number of Prime Credits for my listing activities?
There is no known maximum cap on the number of Prime Credits needed for your listing activities. Dynamic Pricing will ensure the Credit amount varies within a reasonable range.
Will I see the same number of Prime Credits required to Book / Reserve / Extend a Featured Agent slot as my colleague?
Yes, all agents will see the same number of Prime Credits if they Book / Reserve / Extend a Featured Agent slot for the same Project/Area.
