More Ways to Contact Us: New WhatsApp Channel – with extended hours!

As part of our Partner360 promise, we’re here to give you full support! And one way to do this, is to make ourselves even more reachable to you.

Effective from 15 July 2021, all Agent Partners can also contact our friendly Customer Service Consultants via WhatsApp (message only) at +60 12 697 5023. You can also get the phone number via AgentNet, when you click on the red button on the bottom-right of the screen.

Best part is, we’re available on WhatsApp for extended hours! Instead of our regular hours of 9AM to 6PM, you can contact us via WhatsApp message from 9AM to 9PM.

Listing Management: Manage your listings more efficiently with enhanced monitoring tools

As a property agent, we understand how important it is to monitor your listings' performance, so you can take quick actions to improve them.

Effective 1st March 2021, our Listing Management page with enhanced monitoring tools will be rolled out in staggered release to help you better manage your listings.

With these new enhancements, you can now manage your listings more efficiently and focus on listings that require your immediate attention.

Whether you’re accessing via your desktop or mobile AgentNet web, we want to make your listing management experience as consistent and seamless as possible!

Here’s what you can expect:

1. New filters and sort function
With new filters and sorters, you can now find and sort your listings based on listing status, listing type, property name, Premium Features and listing performance.

You can also select a combination of filter types to narrow down your search.

2. Premium Features tag
With these color-coded actionable buttons, you can now easily identify listings which are activated with Premium Features.

That's not all, these buttons will turn orange to inform you when your listings’ Premium Features are expiring or due for renewal in 3 days time (available for Repost, Auto-Repost, Spotlight and Feature It).

3. Listing details
You can now see your listings’ Creation and Last Reposted dates on your listing card.

4. Listing issues
Orange indicator to draw your attention and inform you of specific issues with your listings so you can have them fixed right away.
