Legal terms can be hard to read, and we want to make our TOP easy to understand. The key points are:
1. You cannot transfer your purchased subscription or product to another user.
This is applicable to all subscriptions that are purchased or renewed on or after February 11, 2019.
2. All products purchased must be utilised within 12 months from date of purchase.
Your unused products (Ad Credits, Specialist, etc...) will either expire:
a) when your PropertyGuru account expires and is not renewed or,
b) when the product validity period is due.
3. Agents who are a first-time subscribers at the stated purchase price have a 30-day money back guarantee.
