PropertyGuru has location search at area level - a level below districts. It's super easy for property seekers to zero in on their favorite area when searching for a new home on PropertyGuru.
In short, property seekers can search property based on area, district and state. Here's how:

Go to PropertyGuru website

Type the area (eg, Batu Kurau is an area under Taiping, district of Perak)

Select the area from the drop-down list
Properties in Batu Kurau will appear in the search results, if they want to see an bigger area, they can search Taiping or even Perak.
