Who gets this complimentary access?

When does this complimentary access start? 

Agent partners will have access to property transaction reports from 3-April to 31-July 2020.

What is is a platform for home buyers, investors or agents that provides the latest property transactions, market information and analytic tools.

What kind of details will I be able to access?  

The following items will be shown to subscribers based on the selected project:- 

  • Transaction date 
  • Full address 
  • Property Type 
  • No. of bedrooms 
  • Built up

How to log in? 

Step 1: An email with activation link and login credentials will be sent to your registered email address by 3rd April 2020.  
Step 2: Click on the link and insert your login details.  
Step 3: You’re ready to start searching and downloading property transaction reports.

How to navigate

Step 1: Select State and search for property and click Search Now

How frequent are the data updated?

Property Advisor’s data are updated every month. A transaction is captured upon stamp duties being paid instead of date of Sales and Purchase Agreement signed. There is a time gap between sales of property and registration to JPPH system. Hence it will take up few months for a new transaction to be reflected on PropertyAdvisor.
