Spotlight enables agents to differentiate their high-quality listings on PropertyGuru, which enhances the experience of property seekers, in turn delivering better value to agents like you.

Now, you are able to Spotlight your listing for multiple weeks.

You will be given an option to choose ‘Auto-Spotlight’ when you go through the Spotlight booking flow.

Refer to “How to Spotlight a listing?” for step-by-step guide.

If you select the ‘Auto-Spotlight’ option, the checkbox will be ticked and ‘Auto-Spotlight’ for your chosen listing will be turned on.

Your listing will be auto re-Spotlighted and Ad Credits will be deducted 7 Days (168 hours) after your listing's first Spotlight.

What if I do not have enough Ad Credits during my 'Auto-Spotlight' period?

'Auto-Spotlight' will pause if you do not have enough Ad Credits for the listing to be re-Spotlighted.

Would my ‘Auto-Spotlight’ resume automatically after I have topped up my credits?

To activate ‘Auto-Spotlight’ for your listing again, you need to check the ‘Continuous Spotlight’ box via AgentNet.

Can I cancel my “Auto-Spotlight”?

Yes, you will have the option to cancel ‘Auto-Spotlight’ from your listing management page.

Click on ‘Edit’ button next to Spotlight and untick the checkbox. 'Auto-Spotlight' will then be disabled.

Your ongoing Spotlight for the week will remain unaffected.

I have already an active Spotlight listing, can I activate 'Auto-Spotlight'?

Yes, you can activate ‘Auto-Spotlight’ from the listing management page. Click on the ‘Edit’ button next to Spotlight and tick the checkbox.

'Auto-Spotlight' will be activated for that particular listing and the listing will be re-Spotlighted when the current Spotlight that is running expires.

Ad Credits will only be charged when the listing is Spotlighted or re-Spotlighted.

What happens if my listing expires while I have ‘Auto-Spotlight’ activated?

This question is not applicable as your listing expiry date will be extended by another 60 days whenever your listing is re-Spotlighted every 7 days.

What if I activate and deactivate Auto-Spotlight on the same day?

You can activate and deactivate 'Auto-Spotlight' as many times as you want. It will only take effect based on whether it is activated or not on the day of the expiry of the active Spotlight.

If it is active, then the listing will be re-Spotlighted, and 'Auto-Spotlight' will be switched on. If it is deactivated, then the listing will not be re-Spotlighted and 'Auto-Spotlight' will be switched off.

Can I repost my listings while I have ‘Auto-Spotlight’ activated?

Yes, you can.

What if I do not have enough Ad Credits during my 'Auto-Spotlight' period?

'Auto-Spotlight' will stop if you do not have enough Ad Credits for the listing to be re-Spotlighted.

How would I know if my ‘Auto-Spotlight’ has stopped?

We are working on this currently. To check on your 'Auto-Spotlight' status, please go to AgentNet > My Listings.
