When will this new suite of packages take effect?

Why is PropertyGuru introducing the new packages?
The new suite of packages are introduced with your needs in mind. They are available in a wider range of package options that serve different needs. They are also packed with more Ad Credits to enable your marketing activities, at great value for money. More importantly, they are available at as low as RM1.83 per day, up to 90% in discounts for new subscribers, and even better deals for current subscribers looking to upgrade or renew their subscription

Would the existing range of packages (Beginner, Specialist & Professional) still be available after 31 March 2019?
No, the existing range of packages will cease and not be available for sign-ups or renewal from 1 April 2019 onwards. If you are one of our existing subscribers to these packages, we will continue to serve your subscription till its expiry date, after which the existing range of packages will no longer be available. However, you have the option to upgrade to one of the new packages before the expiry of their current package.

What will happen to my existing Agent Package? How will this new range of packages affect me now?
Your existing Agent Package will not be affected in any way, and will remain functional and supported by our systems till its expiry date. However, when your account is due for renewal (i.e. 1 month before account expiry month), only the new suite of packages will be available for selection. Before that, you have the option to upgrade to one of the new packages before renewal or expiry.

With the new packages effective 1 Apr, 2019, what does this leave me in terms of my account renewal?
Our account renewal cycle remains the same i.e. 11th and 12th month of your subscription tenure. If your renewal period falls before 31 Mar, 2019, you have the option to renew to Beginner, Specialist or Professional. If your renewal period falls after 1 Apr, 2019, you have the option to renew to Lite, Standard, Advanced or Premium. 

Can I do an early renewal of my current account?
Our account renewal cycle remains the same i.e. 11th and 12th month of your subscription tenure. The earliest you can renew your account is a month before your account expiry month.

I like the new range of packages better than the one I am using right now but my existing account is not up for renewal. Can I change my account package before it is due for renewal?
You’ve the option to upgrade your current package to the new ones after 1 April 2019. Depending on your current package rack price, you have different upgrade options to select from. You can contact your Account Manager for a recommendation.
