• 6 months ago Wanted Leads, available to paid agents, allows you to view all enquiries posted by PropertyGuru users who are looking for a specific property, or agents looking for co-broke opportunities.
Under "Wanted Leads", you are able to view all enquiries, or it could be specific properties under sale or rent, or filter by location and property types. You can click on the subject to view enquiries in detail.
To reply the enquiry, you may contact the enquirer directly or reply in the text box.
"My Enquiries" are those that you have posted.
Below "My Enquiries" you can find a form where you can create a new enquiry. Your submission will be tagged to indicate that it is an agent inquiry.
"My Replies" are enquiries that you have already posted a response to.
